I started to change my eating habits, exercising religiously and going to Spa Infinity all in a bait to slim down. I started my weight loss regime on 4 March 2016.


This is my weekly regime :

Monday : 
I would go to Active Hive for my Minus Calories Workout in the morning; usually I would burn 2000 calories in 50 minutes. After that I would go to Spa Infinity for my slimming session.

Tuesday :
I would go for my hot yoga session in the morning. In the afternoons, I would go to Active Hive for my Minus Calories Workout, again burning 2000 calories in 50 minutes.

Wednesday :
I would go to Active Hive for my Minus Calories Workout in the morning; usually I would burn 2000 calories in 50 minutes. After that I would go to Spa Infinity for my slimming session.

Thursday : 
I would go for my hot yoga session in the morning.

Friday : 
I would go to Active Hive for my Minus Calories Workout in the morning; usually I would burn 2000 calories in 50 minutes. After that I would go to Spa Infinity for my slimming session.

Saturday :  
I would go to Active Hive for my Minus Calories Workout in the morning; I would burn 2000 calories in 50 minutes.

Sunday : 
I would go to Active Hive for my Minus Calories Workout in the morning; I would burn 2000 calories in 50 minutes.




Everyday I would keep my calories intake in check. I use a calorie counter app to keep track of my daily calorie intake. This is the app I use. I keep my daily calorie intake at about 1200 per day. I have a cheat meal once a week and would eat whatever I like.

This is the results after exactly 2 months. I did not apply any makeup for all these photos. At the side profile, you can still see some cellulite on my thighs, but I am still working on it. All the work I have done has helped to reduce the appearance of my cellulite but the cellulite has not completely disappeared yet. I believe that you have to exercise and keep track of your diet if you truly want to lose weight.

CONCLUSION :

I can only see my abs under certain lights and mirrors. It is not obvious. I am back in Europe now, and in Europe, I am still working out. I go for spinning classes three times a week and I go for hot yoga classes twice a week. I would be starting HIIT training next week as I am suffering from slipped disc and am unable to perform most of the HIIT moves, I have been putting off HIIT training for a long time. My physiotherapist in Europe would work with me to plan my training so as to improve my core and back muscles. I truly miss my sessions at Spa Infinity and Active Hive. But I would be back in Singapore at the end of the year. I would return to Active Hive to continue my Minus Calories Workouts in December!

I believe that the slimming sessions at Spa Infinity helped to SPEED UP my weight loss and lose targeted fats. But I also believe that it is important to exercise to build up stamina, tone the body and maintain your weight loss. In order to have better long lasting results, it is important to be consistent in your diet and exercise regime.



I had a full body composition analysis done prior starting my weight loss journey.



4 MARCH 2016 :

My weight is 54.4kg.
My fat percentage is 29.7%.
Amount of fat mass in my body is 16.2kg.
My Basal metabolic rate (BMR)*** is 1142 kcal.
My metabolic age is 33 ( which is my actual age ).


4 MAY 2016 :

My weight is currently 50.4kg.
My fat percentage is 19.7%.
Amount of fat mass in my body is 12.2kg.
My Basal metabolic rate (BMR)*** is 1290 kcal.
My metabolic age is 29.


I have lost 4 inches around my waist and have dropped one dress size. I want to be stronger and healthier in 2016 and would work hard for this goal. I hope my weight loss story helps to motivate you in your weight loss journey!

Hello,

During pregnancy, i used Clarins Tonic Body Treatment Oil Firming/Toning and Pure shea butter together. I have no stretch marks at all. =)
